TERMS OF BUSINESS :

"The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations" in the UK were updated and introduced in 2003 for all UK agencies.

Spider Touring must adhere to these rules and regulations within the Music Agency business it conducts, these terms are outlined below.

Employment Business Regulations

Spider Touring is required under The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations, to gain signed Terms of Business in writing from each band/artiste, promoter and / or venue/festival/event that we deal with.

Agreement of Terms of Business / Regulations :

The Terms of Business don't include all of the agreement between us but outline the basic terms under which we conduct our business. If we decide to agree to any further terms, these will be agreed via email/in writing.

If you agree that at any time, any further terms conflict with the Terms of Business, then such further terms outlined will not have any effect.
